Preparations before installing the silver linear guide
1. Calibration of machine level.
Requirements: Use two contour blocks and a marble ruler on the mounting base, and put a precise spirit level on the base to adjust the base level.
2. Check the surface roughness, flatness, straightness and appearance of the rail mounting base.
Requirement: After the horizontal adjustment is completed, the laser rail interferometer must be used to measure the flatness of the main rail mounting base surface (we usually use a rail surface near the right column as the main rail). The flatness is allowed to be 0.05mm in every 10m, and the full stroke is straight The degree of allowance is 0.03mm. Roughness requirement of 1.6, no casting defects in appearance.
3. The chamfering of the rail mounting base surface and the rail side reference mounting surface.
Requirements: The chamfer radius is less than or equal to 3.5mm. If the chamfer is found to be too large or protruding, you should use oil stone and file in time, otherwise it will cause poor installation of the guide rail accuracy or interfere with the slider.
4, the processing of rail mounting base surface locking threaded holes.
Requirement: Confirm whether the position of the installation screw holes is correct. The center distance of each connected screw hole is greater than 0.1mm or less than 0.1mm. To ensure high-precision screw hole processing, CNC positioning is required.
5. Inspection of guide rails after unpacking.
Requirement: Check whether the guide rail has a certificate of conformity, whether there is any injury or rust, clean the anti-rust oil, and remove burrs, bumps and dirt on the assembly surface.
