The precision miniature ball nut SFK is ideal for applications that require high durability, miniaturization, positioning accuracy and smooth operation. All nuts have no axial play and have a preload of 0-2%, which reflects high rigidity. Tolerance C5-C7, nut material: SCM415H (hardness 58-62 HRC), steel ball material: SUJ2 (hardness +60 HRC), manufacturer: TBI Motion

Ball nuts and screws must be from the same manufacturer! Each nut is tested to fit the ball screw completely. If you order only nuts without a screw, we will not guarantee it.

Repair of ball screws

Customers who have worked with us also provide repairs for various ball screws and nuts. Repairs include cleaning or polishing screws and nuts, replacing balls and seals, and adjusting pretension. In general, 70% of all used ball screws and nuts are suitable for maintenance. These are usually screws and nuts without any visual impairment. If there is obvious damage to the screw or nut, it is not suitable for repair.
